Adjudication

<p>Adjudication is the process by which a judge or another decision maker decides the outcome of a legal action. &nbsp;In most cases the decision maker will weigh evidence and arguments provided by the parties involved. &nbsp;Once all of the relevant issues have been heard, the decision maker will decide the case.</p>
